Ginger Dessert Salad |

- 1 package strawberry gelatin powder

3/4 cup boiling water

1 1/4 cups Canada Dry Ginger Ale

1/4 cup pecans, chopped
-
1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved

2 slices canned pineapple, cubes

whipped cream
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add Canada Dry Ginger Ale. Chill until syrupy. Add pecans, grapes and pineapple. Pour into a mold that has been rinsed in cold water. Chill until set. Unmold, then serve with whipped cream. Makes 4 servings. |
