Ginger Dessert Salad
Canada dry


  • 1 package strawberry gelatin powder
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 1/4 cups Canada Dry Ginger Ale
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 2 slices canned pineapple, cubes
  • whipped cream
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add Canada Dry Ginger Ale. Chill until syrupy. Add pecans, grapes and pineapple. Pour into a mold that has been rinsed in cold water. Chill until set. Unmold, then serve with whipped cream. Makes 4 servings.
